Sarah's Bio
Sarah is a nationally known ADHD coach, speaker, and author . She
specializes in working
with people who have attention disorders*. She loves helping
clients become more effective so they can do what they want to do.
Sarah has been a program manager, resource
director, and corporate executive. She is also the parent of a child
diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger's Syndrome, and knows first hand the
joys and
frustrations of living with these disorders.
As an expert in the field of ADHD and ADHD Coaching, Sarah gives
presentations regionally and nationally. She also serves as president
of the
ADHD Coaches Organization. She lives near San Diego, California ,
where in addition to her coaching, writing, presenting, and parenting,
she loves spending time in her garden.
